Our Classes

During your stay here at Oliver Hill, depending on the season we will offer classes on herbalism, gardening, composting, fiber arts (including a sheep to shawl class), carpentry, animal care, bread making, living on single income(economics), canning, sewing, and always good solid back to the basics Catholic talk around the camp fire.

We are not experts, nothing we offer is exhaustive, we are a simple Catholic family making the choice to live off the land, and return to an agrarian lifestyle.
