About Us!

We are a Catholic homeschooling family attempting to live a simpler life.  We bought our hobby farm in hopes of a return to the life of farming.   We are taking a run down farm house and property and turning it into a working farm.  We are doing this slowly one day at a time.  We are here to show folks that they too can live a simpler life without the perfect income and farm setting.   You don't need large barns,  100 acres or even a steady income to live a simple Catholic life.

We are an example of a family making do, being creative with our resources and working towards self sufficiency.   Our goal is to be "off grid".   We are not there yet!   We do not have all the extras we would like to acquire, we are however moving each day towards our goal of  homesteading.

We are raising dairy goats, fiber goats, meat rabbits, chickens and a Jersey bull for meat.  You too can start small, we will show you how and hopefully give you the confidence to pursue your families goals.
